Dewatering screen is widely used in the washing, dehydration, de-intermediation, de-sludge for sand, quartz sand, tailings treatment, coal, mud, and carbon slurry separation. Especially suitable for the treatment of fine-grained minerals in combination with cyclone, the dewatering efficiency is higher and more adequate.
The dewatering screen is always in a vibrating state during work, and any equipment will have more or less problems under long-term operation. Therefore, we must carry out inspection and maintenance before and after each use of the equipment. So what problems should we pay attention to during the maintenance work of dewatering screen?
1. Guarantee anchor bolt fastening
The anchor bolts of linear screen should be tightened before and after each work to ensure that all joints are tightened to avoid loosening.
2. Avoid collisions between parts
After the linear sieving screen starts to work, it is necessary to ensure that the various parts of the machine do not connect and contact with external objects during the operation, and the gaps between the parts are guaranteed, and no collision between the parts occurs, so as to avoid damage to the parts, or scratches and unusual noises.
3. Ensure uniform feeding
When dewatering screens running to feed in the direction of the feed inlet to ensure uniform feeding, and the mass ratio of material should not be too large, so as to avoid excessively large impact force on sieve surface causing damage to the screen; at the same time, it is necessary to ensure that the working voltage of equipment is stable and the amplitude of screen surface is not abnormal.
4. Regular maintenance to ensure no residue on the screen surface
After the completion of straight-line screen operation, the residual materials should be cleaned to ensure that there is no material blockage on the screen surface. Special attention should be paid to the regular inspection of screen and spring device of the straight-line dry screen to see if the spring-damping device is broken or damaged due to long-term equipment vibration, and the damaged spring should be replaced in time.
5. Regular lubrication and replacement parts
After the straight-line dry sifter is used for one period of use, the lubricating oil should be added and cleaned to the entire lubrication system to ensure the flexibility of the operation of the equipment. After 2 months of operation, it is necessary to inspect the rotating bearings and replace the heavily worn bearings or fittings in time to achieve stable production of the straight dry screen.
