Sand washing machine is composed of high pressure hydrocyclone, dewatering screen, impeller separator, reducer, high pressure slurry pump, water tank and motors.
1. Impeller separator: high washing degree, large processing capacity, low power consumption and long service life. The bearing transmission device is isolated from water and water-receiving materials to prevent damage caused by water, sand and contaminants, which greatly reduces the failure rate.
2. Vacuum high pressure slurry pump: The vacuum high-pressure pump is wear-resistant and energy-efficient. It adopts internationally advanced design theory and is designed according to the principle of minimum loss, so that the shape of flow-through component and the flow state of slurry reach the best ideal effect. Efficient sealing, the slurry is not easy to leak.
3. Dewatering screen: the screen hole is bot blocked, screening efficiency is high, and the service life is long because of the self-cleaning performance of screen surface. Since the steel structure as the skeleton material of polyurethane elastic screen, and the polyurethane itself has a very high elastic modulus, high strength absorbs impact force and high wear resistance, it has high tensile strength, and its load carrying capacity is rubber screen. More than 2.5 times of the rubber screen, its service life is 8-10 times higher than that of ordinary metal screen, 3 times that of stainless steel screen, 3.9 times that of natural rubber. It is the best screen material in the world.
4. Vibration motor: reasonable design, excellent material selection, high efficiency and long service life. The vibration motor excitation force and the output force are properly matched, the body weight is light, the starting torque is large, and the volume is small. Low noise due to smooth rotation; can work under any dust without explosion-proof requirements due to fully enclosed structure. Simply adjust the angle of eccentric block to adjust the excitation force infinitely. The direction of the exciting force can be changed according to the installation mode of the vibration motor; various vibration modes can be synthesized by multiple units to complete various operation requirements.
5. High pressure hydrocyclone separator: high wear resistant, high elasticity, high strength. The separation principle of high-pressure separator is centrifugal sedimentation. When the slurry to be separated enters the high-pressure separator from the periphery of the high-pressure separator with a certain pressure, it is forced to make a rotary motion due to the centrifugal force, centripetal buoyancy, fluid drag, etc. Different in size, the solid coarse particles in the slurry move the water resistance to the wall. And under the joint action of its own gravity, the spiral moves downward along the wall, and the small and small particles and most of the water are less affected by the centrifugal force, and the rotating wall is not close to the wall.
6. Return tank: it plays a buffering role for the waste water discharged from the high-pressure separator, which is convenient for convenient drainage at all places on the site. In addition, the water supply of the vacuum cleaning tank is insufficient in the lower cleaning tank, the water supply of the vacuum high pressure pump is insufficient, the pressure of the high pressure separator is insufficient, the centrifugal force is lowered, and the water supply is provided.
7. Spring: the rubber metal composite spring is a spring compounded with a layer of rubber material around the metal coil spring. It has the nonlinearity and structural damping characteristics of the rubber spring, and has the characteristics of large deformation and bearing capacity of the metal coil spring. Its stability and load carrying capacity are superior to rubber springs.
8. The bottom flow port: It is made of high wear-resistant material. The machine comes with three different specifications of the bottom flow port, which is used together with the material content to adjust the material concentration.
