Xingyang Jinyuan Building Materials Co., Ltd. cooperated with Longzhong Heavy Industry to build a new environmentally friendly sand washing production line with an output of 100-120 tons per hour to meet the sand demand of the local and surrounding areas.

Since the start of the sand washing and recycling zero-discharge system production line project, the dedicated installation team of Longzhong Heavy Industry has reasonably arranged and planned according to the time node, and the civil construction and equipment installation of the project have been carried out in an orderly manner. After a month of construction, the project was successfully commissioned this month, and the customer was very satisfied with the test results.

Project Features

1. The material enters the sand washing and recycling integrated machine through the front-end silo for sand washing and dehydration, and the dehydrated finished sand is transported to the finished product yard through the conveyor belt.

2. The material under the dewatering screen is pumped to the fine sand recovery device through the slurry pump for fine sand recovery, and the recovered fine sand is transported to the storage yard through the conveyor belt.

3. The overflow sewage from the recovery device enters the sewage tank, and is then sent to the trihydrogen purifier by a special pump for the trihydrogen purifier for thickening. The thickened mud after the trihydrogen purifier is pumped by the special pump of the filter press and pumped into the chamber pressure The filter presses and filters, and the mud cake is formed and then discharged dry.

4. The clean water overflowed from the trihydrogen purification body and the clean water filtered by the filter press are returned to the clean water tank, so as to realize the recovery of fine sand, the dry discharge of mud cakes and the recycling and reuse of water resources.
