Tunnel engineering waste slag crushing processing equipment and process

The tunnel engineering waste slag crushing process is mainly composed of three steps: sorting, crushing and screening.

The tunnel engineering waste

Process flow

1. Sorting: The discarded materials in the tunnel are generally mixed with some steel bars, etc. In order to avoid the failure of the processing equipment, sorting is required first. Manual, trommel screen and magnetic separator are all good choices.

2. Crushing: It is divided into coarse crushing, medium crushing and other processes. It is fed into the equipment by the feeder and conveyor, and then the equipment discharge and finished product particle size are adjusted according to the needs of users. Those that do not meet the requirements will be crushed again until the demand is met.

3. Screening: Screen the processed finished products according to different particle sizes, and then transport them to their respective transfer piles for subsequent sale and application. At present, the commonly used screening equipment includes linear vibrating screen and circular vibrating screen.

Processing Equipment

jaw crusher

Jaw crusher is commonly used for coarse crushing of waste slag. A jaw crusher is an early and widely used material coarse crushing equipment. The equipment has a simple structure, convenient operation, large crushing ratio, and high output. It is a very good tunnel waste slag. The crushing equipment is unanimously favored by users.

Cone crusher is commonly used for medium and fine crushing of waste slag. Cone crusher is not easy to damage parts when dealing with waste slag with high hardness, and it will not accelerate the wear cycle of wearing parts.

The production efficiency is very high, but the initial investment cost is high, and the hand Tighter friends can replace it with counterattack crusher, or other small, medium, and fine crushing equipment.

Can the waste slag from tunnel engineering be filled on the roadbed?

The answer is yes. The slag at the entrance and exit of the tunnel is mainly granite, and also contains a little andesite and basalt. The gravel produced by the secondary processing of the tunnel slag is 0-4.75mm, 4.75-9.5mm, 9.5-19mm, 19-37.5mm It is mainly used for pavement base, subbase and other parts.
